In June, the Cybersecurity Tech Accord launched a series of workshops aimed at improving the dialogue with the civil society community, building a closer relationship with them, and better understanding their interests and concerns. The first such workshop was held on the fringes of the RightsCon Summit in Tunis with a focus on understanding the cybersecurity challenges we face today and how the technology industry can help address them.
We will be hosting our next consultative workshop with civil society in Berlin, Germany on 28 November 2019, during the 14th Annual Meeting of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF). Several of the Cybersecurity Tech Accord signatory companies will participate in what we hope will be an open dialogue with the community.
Are you focused on improving cybersecurity and want to learn more about the Cybersecurity Tech Accord, and have ideas on how we could partner together? We would love to hear from you! Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you want to participate, as well as to highlight areas you would like to see addressed in the workshop.
More information to follow.
