My goal is simple: solve your computer problem quickly, with extreme care for your data and privacy. Technology is a mystery to a lot of people — I can demystify it fast, and I enjoy doing it.

I have a broad understanding of both hardware and software, and I bring an investigative approach to every repair. Most problems have a root cause. I find it rather than treating symptoms. My success rate is high because the diagnostic process is thorough.

I don’t know everything — nobody does. But at the very minimum, I will get you closer to understanding what’s happening with your machine, and I won’t leave you with more confusion than you started with.
