Industry Perspective on Tackling Cybercrime: Cybersecurity Tech Accord guidance to UN cybercrime treaty negotiations

The Cybersecurity Tech Accord is pleased to have the opportunity to provide input into the Third Session of the Ad Hoc Committee (AHC) to Elaborate a Comprehensive International Convention on Countering the Use of Information and Communications Technologies for Criminal Purposes, following our previous engagements in the work of the Committee as an accredited nongovernmental participant since the beginning of its proceedings. We stand ready to continue to coordinate input from across the tech industry to support the development of an effective and rights-respecting new cybercrime treaty.
