FTC Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century Continue with Examination of Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, and Predictive Analytics

WHAT: The Federal Trade Commission will host the seventh session of its Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century.
WHEN: Tuesday, November 13–Wednesday, November 14, 2018, beginning at 9 a.m. each day
WHERE: Howard University School of Law

WHO: The hearings will feature introductory remarks by Howard University Law School Professor Andrew I. Gavil on Tuesday and FTC Bureau of Competition Director Bruce Hoffman on Wednesday, followed by a distinguished set of panelists.
