You are invited to join a hybrid event alongside the upcoming meeting of the UN Open Ended Working Group on information security (OEWG) focused on better protecting the ICT supply chain. Recent incidents like the SolarWinds and Kaseya attacks have exposed vulnerabilities and risks that affect organizations of all sizes and sectors. How can we prevent and mitigate these threats while ensuring the resilience and innovation in the digital ecosystem? How can we ensure that international norms of state behaviour set necessary boundaries on attacks that are inherently indiscriminate and potentially put thousands of organizations unnecessarily at risk?
The Cybersecurity Tech Accord is a group of more than 150 global technology companies that are committed to advancing trust and security in cyberspace. As part of our mission, we are organizing this discussion to try to address these challenging issues and provide industry input to the discussions of the OEWG.
The hybrid event will take place on 14th December, 8:30 am, online and at the at the Microsoft office at One Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, 885 2nd Avenue, 34th floor, New York. Featured speakers will include representatives from Hitachi, Microsoft, SafePC Solutions, and Trend Micro. Breakfast will be served.
Please join us for this important and timely conversation on how to strengthen supply chain cybersecurity and foster a more secure and stable cyberspace for everyone by registering here for either virtual or in-person attendance: https://forms.office.com/r/DG2CMfy8iu
We look forward to seeing you at the event, either online or in-person.
