Forgot password for My Account

If you have forgotten your password to My Account, you can request a password reset.

1. Go to my.malwarebytes.com.
2. Click on the Forgot password link.
   

2. Enter your email address an click Submit.
   
3. Check your email and look for the Reset password email.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
