WHAT: | The Federal Trade Commission will host the fourth session of its Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century. |

WHO: | Drew Hirshfeld, Commissioner for Patents for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, will present a keynote address on October 24 and will be joined on the first panel by the Hon. Scott R. Boalick, Acting Chief Judge for the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Commissioner Rebecca Kelly Slaughter will present closing remarks on the same day. They will be joined by a distinguished set of panelists on October 23 and 24. |
