June 12 hearing at Creighton University will focus on areas of commonality
WHAT: | The Federal Trade Commission will host the 14th and final session of its Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century. |

WHO: | The hearing will feature Attorneys General Jeff Landry (Louisiana), Doug Peterson (Nebraska), Jason Ravnsborg (South Dakota), and Herbert Slatery III (Tennessee), as well as senior staff from the Attorney General Offices of Arizona, the District of Columbia, Iowa, Mississippi, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. It also will include a distinguished set of panelists discussing FTC consumer protection remedies, and the current applicability of the principles in Frank Easterbrook’s seminal 1984 article, The Limits of Antitrust. |
